Avocado Smoothie

Try this delicious, sweet, exquisite, Avocado Smoothie made with tasty strawberries, avocado and banana.

Serves: 3 glasses

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• Avocado (1)

• Water (1 cup)

• Banana (1)

• Honey (1 tsp)

• Vanilla (1 scoop, whey protein powder)

• Strawberries (½ cup)

Directions:

1. Peel the banana and avocado. Chop the vegetables and transfer them to the food processor.

2. Add the strawberries and the honey and start blending the mass for approximately 30 seconds.

3. Then add the water and the vanilla whey protein powder. Blend mixture for an additional 1 minute on the high speed.

4. Then remove smoothie from the blender and ladle it into the glasses.

5. Serve it immediately.
